HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

For UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail tracked 48 which aims to deliver your order with 2-3 working days (except on public holidays).

We ship internationally and use DHL Express, UPS & Evri.

Customs duties will be required to be paid by our customers and ARE NOT included as part of any delivery charges.

DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

As soon as you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

WHY HASN'T MY ORDER ARRIVED?

In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived in line with the expected delivery times, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Failure to do so may result in a loss of compensation and cause further delays.
