How much will my delivery cost?
Free Royal Mail standard tracked 48® delivery for orders as part of the same transaction at £45 or above. Unless specified, as part of the same order, items will be sent as part of 1 package.
We use Royal Mail standard tracked 48® delivery (takes 2-3 working days) at a cost of £4.20 for orders less than £45.00.
We may offer free delivery on certain items or promotional offers which we tend to run from time to time.
Do you offer International delivery?
Great news. We now offer International delivery in partnership with DHL Express and deliver to most countries. Depending on the destination country, delivery charges may vary. The delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout with all upfront costs (subject to any custom duty and taxes which will need to be paid to release the order) communicated before confirming your order.
When will my order arrive?
Free UK standard delivery from Royal Mail takes from 2 working days, and the exact lead time we’ll offer you during checkout depends on your postcode and availability of delivery slots at that time.
DHL Express worldwide: For International deliveries to Europe, your order should be with you in 1-2 working days. Please allow for 3-5 days for any deliveries outside of Europe.
My item is now out of stock, but i've paid for it. What shall I do?
If your item is out of stock, we’ll email you to let you know. If you’re happy to wait and the item comes back in stock within 28 days, you’ll be billed and the item will be shipped to you. If it’s still not available within 28 days, we'll cancel your order and refund you.
If you’re not happy to wait, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order.
There's been a mistake with my order or it hasn't been delivered. What should I do?

What is your refund policy?
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from One Fourteen Apparel. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day returns policy where you can return any unused item(s), in its original packaging with tags still attached, provided that it is in a resalable condition.
Simply email your order confirmation to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will refund items which are in a re-saleable condition at the price shown on your order confirmation email (minus any shipping charges).

We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and that you package your item(s) with care to ensure a safe return to the support centre. As soon as we receive your return we will process the refund to your original form of payment. Please be aware that any postage charges incurred by returning your item(s) to us will not be refunded. You are responsible for the return of the item(s) to us.

Unfortunately Items during a sale or via special promotions (such as discount codes) CANNOT be refunded NOR be exchanged unless there is a fault with an item.
